Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) set out your rights and obligations, and those of Sublime Gifts Limited (“we” or “us”), in relation to this website, www.sublimegiftsuk.com (the “Website”), and any products, services and material of any kind available through the Site or us (the “Services”).

We are a company registered in England and Wales under registration number 12808547 under the name Sublime Gifts Limited.

When we refer to “Sublime Gifts” in these Terms, we mean us, the Site and/or the Services, according to the context.

By registering with Sublime Gifts, you accept that you are entering into a contract with us under these Terms. People who register with Sublime Gifts establish an “Account”, and become “Users”. Visitors to Sublime Gifts who do not register with Sublime Gifts, but who nevertheless use the Site affirm that they are bound by these Terms each time they access Sublime Gifts.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this website and our services

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this Website.

You should be aware that these Terms may change from time to time.

You will be able to access most areas of Sublime Gifts without registering your details with us. Other areas, and the opportunity to place orders with us, are only open to you if you register. I agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Notice, and I am 16 years or older.

2. Personalising products

Sublime Gifts aims to provide you with a fast, high-quality service. Please double-check your order on screen and your acknowledgement email carefully to check that all the details are correct. It is up to you to ensure that content you have contributed for inclusion in a personalised product is correct. Please make sure all the text has been read, correctly spelt, checked and edited as we will copy and paste your type into the artwork. As a courtesy, we may allow you to make changes to your order only if it has not gone to print. To check if you can make changes, contact our Customer Service team by phone at 07404744882 (or +447404744882 if you’re calling from outside the UK) during our standard opening hours (which are 9.00am – 6.00pm United Kingdom time, Monday to Friday, except Public Holidays in England).

If you are uploading a photo, images must be in JPEG or PNG format. Any other format such as Word documents and PDFs cannot be accepted. For best results, we advise that you make the image dimensions approximately 1,000 pixels for the smallest edge of your photos. If you are scanning the image, we recommend you use this setting 300DPI (Dots Per Inch). If you upload a photo that has a lower resolution or image size, we will accept it, however, the image may not appear very well on the selected personalised product.

Personalised designs may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.

Colours: Please note that colours may differ slightly due to various screen and printing settings.

By uploading, posting, contributing or including any content or material in a personalised product, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute and communicate to the public that content or material solely for the purpose of performing obligations and exercising rights under these Terms. Note that we may modify content or material in order to conform it to Sublime Gifts or the requirements of the product you have ordered (such as by cropping images).

Refunds

Every item sold by Sublime Gifts is designed to honour and glorify God, and to encourage, bring hope, and inspire joy! We hope to do the same in the service provided, so if there are any issues with your item, or general enquiries, please get in touch and we will endeavour to provide you with the best possible service.

However, where an item is faulty, we will ask you to contact our Customer Service team within three days of receipt to discuss possible replacement or refund. Your right to return items to us in accordance with these Terms is in addition to any other statutory rights you may have.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will reimburse the price you have paid for the product(s) onto the credit or debit card that you paid with. Alternatively, we may offer to reprint (if applicable) and resend the item free of charge. Please note it is not our policy to offer both a refund and a resend.

Refunds cannot be given if the fault is a result of your own actions such as product misuse or if personalisation is mis-spelt or if you have uploaded an image of a low resolution or size.

Shipping

Ecards are available for download immediately after the payment is complete.

Personalised and non-personalised cards are shipped within 1-3 working days.

Cushions, mugs, frames are shipped with 3-5 working days

Sublime Gifts is not responsible for any items damaged or lost during shipping, but if you have any issues, please get in touch, and I will be happy to assist you as best I can.
